Prof. Zhonglin Ye🎓︎

Qinghai Normal University, China

Bio: Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor, has been selected for the national talent support program in information security and the Ministry of Education's Young Talent program. He currently serves as Assistant Dean of the School of Computer Science and Secretary of the Graduate Student Party Branch at Qinghai Normal University, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Tibetan Information Processing (Ministry of Education), and a full-time researcher at the National Key Laboratory of Tibetan Intelligence. He is also a specially appointed expert of the first batch of Expert Service Bases in Qinghai Province, an Executive Member of the Xining Branch of the China Computer Federation, and a member of both the Qinghai Provincial Green Computing Industry Development Expert Advisory Committee and the Qinghai Provincial Higher Education Green Computing Teaching and Research Expert Steering Committee. Prof. Ye has been honored as a Top-notch Talent under the Qinghai "High-end Innovative Talents Thousand Talents Program," and has received both the Top-notch Talent and Leading Talent awards under the Qinghai "Kunlun Elite·High-end Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent" Program, as well as the Qinghai Higher Education Young Faculty Xiaodao Award. His research interests include complex networks and their applications, large-scale model reasoning and training, public opinion analysis, and intelligent policing. He serves as a reviewer for several SCI journals such as *IEEE TNNLS*, *TASLP*, *NPL*, *ESWA*, *IJMLC*, and *DMKD*, as well as for the Chinese core journal *Computer Science*. He has published over 110 academic papers, edited 6 monographs, authored 3 textbooks, and holds more than 10 authorized patents. He has led 9 research projects including those under the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Qinghai Provincial Science and Technology Development Special Program, and has participated in 7 other major projects. Under his supervision, students have won over 40 awards in national and provincial-level competitions, and he has been repeatedly recognized as an Outstanding Advisor.

Prof. Lingfeng Shi🎓︎

Xidian University, China

Bio: Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor, born in Baoji, Shaanxi Province, received his Bachelor's degree in Radio Engineering from China Institute of Metrology in 1995, and his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Circuits and Systems from Xidian University in 2003 and 2008, respectively. His research interests include sensor signal processing, positioning and navigation, wireless communications, and integrated circuit design, and he has published over 130 academic papers (including more than 100 in journals and over 20 in conference proceedings), with over 90 indexed by SCI (nearly 20 in Q2 or above and 30 in IEEE journals), more than 10 indexed by EI, and over 20 indexed by ISTP, while also holding 21 authorized national invention patents, 1 authorized utility model patent, 6 pending invention patent applications, and 2 transferred patents. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and serves as a reviewer for over 20 prestigious international SCI-indexed journals including IEEE journals, IET, MEJ, and JIE, as well as several leading domestic journals such as Acta Electronica Sinica, and holds editorial roles as Associate Editor for IEEE Open Journal of Instrumentation and Measurement, Guest Editor for Applied Sciences, and Editor for Computer Science and Technology and Electronic Products World. He has also served as a member of the "863" expert panel, a review expert for the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Awards, and a science and technology review expert for various provincial and municipal departments. He has led 4 vertical research projects including those under the National Key R&D Program, general projects, the Ministry of Education Key Project, and the Shaanxi Provincial General Fund, along with 5 collaborative projects, and has received two Provincial/Ministerial Second-Class Awards for Science and Technology Progress and one University Outstanding Teacher Award. In teaching, he has published 2 textbooks and 1 co-authored English monograph, and currently teaches the undergraduate course Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Design and the graduate course Microwave and Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits.

Prof. Mouquan Shen🎓︎

Nanjing Tech University, China

Bio: Professor, the "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province. Postdoctoral at Southeast University, visiting scholar at overseas universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University, South Korea, and the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is the PI of  more than 10 provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. In recent years, more than 100 papers with an H-index of 24 have been published in journals such as IEEE · Transactionson · Automatic Control, IEEE Transactionson · Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has been severed as Editor-in-Cheif, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member of 12 international journals. He is also an active reviewer of over 80 domestic and international journals, including IEEE · TAC and Automatica, as well as the corresponding reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple provincial and municipal science and technology projects.
